Chinchilla: A Haiku

Soft, gray fur shivers

scurries down face of mountain

escapes snowy fate.

Jade hillside dotted

with wisps of tumbling white clouds

spilling down its sides.

Coral sunfish rests

Daybreak splits plum summer sky

Starfish on sand sleeps.

Nestled atop world

Mockingbird flutters her wings

Misty meadow sings.

This is a haiku I wrote awhile back.
